Senior Analyst - Financial Planning And Analysis

Summary

The Senior Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis supports budget processes, monthly consolidation and analysis of the global P&L, and prepares reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. The role delivers strategic insights and detailed analysis while partnering cross functionally across departments and regions and supporting financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze global P&L for monthly actual closings.
• Prepare MTD and YTD reports with commentary versus prior year and budget.
• Manage the worldwide budget process including timelines, instructions and system setup.
• Consolidate P&L versions and provide reporting to senior management.
• Prepare LVMH reporting packages and manage budget reporting in corporate financial systems.
• Partner with global financial systems team on maintenance and upgrades.
• Perform ad hoc deep dive analyses across divisions and regions as requested.

Requirements

• 2 years of finance related experience.
• BS degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proven track record delivering high quality work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• FP&A experience preferred; Hyperion Planning and BI tool experience a plus.
