Senior Analyst - Financial Planning And Analysis

Summary

Senior Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis responsible for providing strategic insights and detailed analysis on companywide capital spending, coordinating budget and forecast processes, and supporting the development of multi-year financial plans. The role partners with global regions and corporate functional groups to reconcile capex reporting, manage approval processes, and deliver ad hoc financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate companywide annual budget submissions and analyze underlying assumptions for risks and opportunities
• Compile network and depreciation data to support a 3-year strategic financial plan
• Reconcile capex cash flow across financial systems and update forecasts regularly
• Review monthly depreciation performance and highlight deviations from budget and plan
• Track monthly retail store count and network activity
• Manage end-to-end internal capital request and validation process for committee review
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Store Development, Retail Excellence, Accounting, and regional Finance
• Perform ad hoc financial and capital analysis as requested

Requirements

• 2 years of finance experience (minimum) with capex and lease accounting preferred
• BS degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective interpersonal skills and comfort working with senior leadership
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• MBA and experience with Hyperion Planning and Business Objects preferred
