SummaryAs a Senior Applications Analyst at Ralph Lauren, you will partner with the IBP IT leadership to implement solutions supporting the overall IBP program. You will work with the IBP IT team to ensure successful delivery of the global transformational project and assist in design, implementation, and rollout aligning globally.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with IT teams, business partners, and solution partners to design, build Functional Specifications, and test/deploy the IBP program.
- Analyze and document the integration of IBP functionalities with other IT domains including ERP and Logistics.
- Assist the change management team to ensure all impacted users receive necessary training and documentation.
- Support data analytics team in capturing reporting needs and testing system rollouts.
- Participate in end-to-end testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify issues and opportunities in solutions deployed through the IBP program.
- Provide user support and optimize processes to automate redundant functions.
- Ensure data exchanges are working as planned and escalate issues as needed.
- Work with Agile process to prioritize sprints.
- Enforce adherence to SDLC, PMO, and SOX processes for all phases.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the Retail/Apparel IT domain with experience in Merch Financial/Assortment/Buy Planning systems preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
