Senior Asset Protection Manager

As a Senior Asset Protection Manager, you will be responsible for creating a secure environment to minimize loss and ensure safety for clients and colleagues. You will oversee asset protection strategies and compliance with regulatory standards, working closely with the Insurance Broker and Legal Department.

• Develop and enforce asset protection protocols in retail and corporate facilities.
• Enhance the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) program to ensure compliance and promote a culture of safety.
• Analyze loss prevention exposures and implement risk mitigation programs.
• Supervise reporting of losses to insurance carriers.
• Develop security designs for store renovations and new openings.
• Investigate incidents of robbery and fraud.
• Collaborate with IT for asset protection tools and process improvements.
• Prepare training sessions on asset protection measures and emergencies.
• Oversee Facilities & Security Department and vendor management.
• Act as liaison with external services like Police and Fire Department.

• BA degree from a four-year institution.
• 3+ years leading Asset Protection in luxury retail.
• 5-10 years in related positions like security or inventory control.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills and SAP experience preferred.
• Experience with security equipment like C.C.T.V/Alarm Systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work under stress.
