Summary
Lead and support vendor compliance and corporate responsibility programs at the Home Office, focusing on product and vendor social responsibility, responsible sourcing, and sustainability as the company expands into global markets. Partner with leadership, external third parties, and internal stakeholders to collect, verify and analyze reporting data and implement strategic program guidance. Produce data driven materials and monitor global supply chain transparency regulations to inform decisions.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate data collection and reporting between leadership, external third parties and internal stakeholders for corporate responsibility programs
- Review analyze and verify data used by institutional stakeholders to ensure accuracy
- Assist in implementing strategic guidance for Vendor Compliance and Social Responsibility programs
- Support program expansion into European and global markets including responsible sourcing and sustainable packaging initiatives
- Create compelling data driven materials to align stakeholders and drive decisions
- Continuously monitor global supply chain transparency regulations and policies
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into business processes
Requirements
- 3 years professional experience in responsible sourcing supply chain sourcing or third party audit in a retail environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent data and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word
- Familiarity with reporting frameworks such as GRI CDP SASB UN SDGs TCFD and SBTI
