Summary
Lead the development and execution of American Whiskey marketing strategy in the U.S., aligning with Maison and MHUSA priorities, driving brand equity and profitability through data driven consumer insights and cross functional collaboration. Hybrid role based out of NYC office.
Responsibilities
- Develop Whiskey marketing strategies in partnership with senior leadership and align with portfolio and Maison plans
- Provide strategic direction to Commercial and cross functional teams to deliver brand goals and KPIs
- Plan and execute 360 degree brand programs and activations to achieve volume profit and brand health targets
- Manage creative strategy and oversee campaign development and execution
- Oversee A&P deployment strategy and budget phasing and pacing
- Track brand performance metrics and ensure delivery of business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies distributors and internal stakeholders to ensure execution
- Collaborate with Regional Brand Managers and Maison contacts to align US specific priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or MBA or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience preferably in wines spirits luxury or CPG brand marketing
- Experience with U.S. wines and spirits three tier system preferred
- Strong commercial financial and analytical skills including P&L and depletions understanding
- Experience developing and executing ATL and BTL programs including media experiential PR and trade
- Proven ability to manage agencies vendors and influence senior stakeholders
- Highly refined communication presentation and project management skills
