Summary
The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will lead brand strategy and execution for fragrance and makeup, driving omnichannel growth, consumer activation, and P&L outcomes. This role partners with leadership and cross functional teams to develop annual plans, manage brand budget, and elevate the consumer experience through launches and retailer animations. The position includes team leadership and collaboration with global partners to define priorities for the U.S. market.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual brand plans for makeup and fragrance using data and insights to drive performance.
- Manage brand budget and lead initiatives that impact the P&L for fragrance and makeup.
- Define retailer specific strategies and positioning across channels including specialty accounts.
- Partner with Key Account Directors to identify opportunities and drive execution across accounts.
- Create and deliver brand presentations for retailers and field sales to translate strategy into tactics.
- Develop a tiered animation strategy and scalable consumer eventing for point of sale.
- Collaborate with global partners to set U.S. brand priorities and report on results and recommendations.
- Lead cross functional projects to ensure timely delivery and strong collaboration.
- Lead and develop a team of brand managers, coaching for performance and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of brand management and leadership experience across marketing trade marketing and innovation.
- Proven experience in beauty across multiple categories and channels.
- Experience with digital marketing including direct to consumer e commerce and retailer media networks.
- Strong talent management skills with experience attracting retaining and developing talent.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into clear objectives and actionable plans.
- Strong analytical skills using data and reporting to assess business performance.
- Excellent communication presentation and cross functional leadership skills.
