Job Description

Summary

The Senior Business Analyst - Integration Support at Nordstrom is a vital part of the Product Management team, responsible for driving product evolution through data analysis, issue triage, root cause analysis, requirement definition, user acceptance testing, and feature delivery support. This hybrid role requires working in the Seattle office at least three days a week, ensuring that new features are developed with a deep understanding of the current system and process ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Develop functional expertise within the Nordstrom Data Integration Domain.
  • Collaborate across the enterprise to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Partner with product managers and business leaders to establish key metrics and promote standard work and data governance.
  • Co-design, document, and analyze existing or proposed processes, systems, and data concepts.
  • Lead test script development, test planning, and user acceptance testing.
  • Conduct data-driven analyses and use reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
  • Update stakeholders and project teams on progress, issues, and risks.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for post-deployment issue management and support.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to drive effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of business or systems analysis experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, finance, economics, or related quantitative discipline preferred.
  • Experience in Retail Planning, Inventory Optimization, or Retail Inventory Management preferred.
  • Data querying, analysis, and visualization skills preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Rithum and Mirakl is a plus.
