Responsibilities- Inspire passion for our Leather Goods internally and externally.
- Act as a liaison between our region and global partners in Paris.
- Develop and execute seasonal buys for Leather Goods.
- Present seasonal buys and strategies to Paris and Senior Leaders.
- Oversee the product life cycle and ensure stock optimization.
- Analyze sales and define action plans to grow the category.
- Manage core replenishment stock and sales.
- Monitor business by store and SKU, implementing initiatives to maximize local opportunities.
- Compose weekly, seasonal, and ad hoc business recaps.
- Partner with global team on product feedback, strategic pricing, and market needs.
- Host in-store trainings and demonstrate understanding of product and industry trends.
- Work closely with internal departments including Marketing, E-comm, Operations, Visual Merchandising, Public Relations, Supply Chain, and Client Services.
Requirements- Passion for the brand and strong appreciation of luxury products.
- Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to be flexible and agile in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of buying psychology.
- Proficiency in retail math and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience building strategy decks.
- Willingness to travel internationally to Paris and locally to US stores.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in buying within luxury retail, with a preference for Leather Goods experience.
