Responsibilities- Engage with clients to embody Dolce & Gabbana Sales and Service standards consistently.
- Drive and exceed individual and store sales objectives, including KPIs such as Consignment, Appointments, Repurchase Rate, UPT, conversion, and data collection/enrichment.
- Enhance team performance by guiding and coaching, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Capture quality client information to build relationships and personalize future client development opportunities.
- Develop long-lasting client relationships using the company’s clienteling program and initiatives.
- Drive business through active client outreach and appointment selling.
- Attract new clients by acting as a Brand Ambassador through community networking.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, enhancing brand knowledge.
- Supervise the sales floor and act as MOD when required.
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures and holding store keys as needed.
- Support and maintain company visual merchandise presentation standards.
- Assist in inventory preparation and execution.
- Collaborate with all store teams to maintain a professional and productive work environment.
Requirements- 3-5 years of experience in sales roles within Luxury Retail Companies.
- Proven excellent client service skills and commercial mindset.
- Experience in training and coaching people in various contexts.
- Ability to drive results through others.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate and analyze business needs/trends with senior leadership.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
