Responsibilities- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Establish and manage client relationships consistent with James Perse standards.
- Set the example for exceptional customer service and store standards.
- Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, visuals, and store standards.
- Grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
- Support operational tasks and projects.
- Open and close the store and conduct all opening and closing procedures.
- Utilize local market knowledge of clientele base and brand competitors.
- Participate in special events and projects as needed.
- Adhere to all store and company procedures while maintaining operational excellence.
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a retail/boutique store with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.
- Established clientele following is ideal.
- Experience in a retail environment with 7-day operation and open scheduling availability.
- Outgoing, energetic, professional demeanor with strong brand representation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Independent work ethic, excellent time management, and high integrity.
- Ability to handle customer interactions and issues courteously and professionally.
