Responsibilities
- Deliver impeccable, personalized service to clients and act as a brand ambassador
- Coach and mentor sales team members and share best practices
- Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments, conversion, repurchase rate, and UPT
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and CRM upkeep
- Act as manager on duty overseeing floor operations and team coordination
- Execute opening and closing procedures and hold store keys as needed
- Support visual merchandising standards and inventory processes
- Provide insights into fashion trends and luxury market developments
- Perform additional duties to ensure boutique operational excellence
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
- Experience with women’s and men’s ready to wear
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results driven with demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
- Ability to tailor client experiences and execute the sales ceremony
- Comfortable in a fast paced retail environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with CRM tools and client data enrichment
