Summary
The Senior Client Advisor will lead the client advisor team alongside store leadership, drive sales and key performance indicators, and deliver a refined luxury client experience. This role supports team training, development, and operational standards while embodying the Maison values and image. The Senior Client Advisor cultivates client relationships and contributes to store performance through a business minded and entrepreneurial approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the client advisor team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Train new client advisors and provide ongoing development for team members
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration
- Provide outstanding client and after sale service and build personalized client connections
- Cultivate and grow a robust client portfolio to drive proactive business
- Drive performance to exceed sales and KPI goals with a business oriented approach
- Use available tools to optimize sales opportunities and support front and back of house teams
- Uphold company policies and operational procedures and promote team spirit
Requirements
- Professional experience in fashion accessory retail customer service or luxury hospitality preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to motivate a team
- Personal taste and passion for fashion with ability to create personalized looks
- Business minded and entrepreneurial spirit with strong teamwork orientation
- Comfortable using tools and applications and learns quickly with new technologies
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proactive enthusiastic problem solving attitude with strong communication skills
- Fluent in English and local language and open to change and development
