As a Senior Client Advisor at Las Vegas Bellagio, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and acting as a true ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand. You will utilize your established client portfolio and luxury retail experience to exceed client expectations and support the sales team.

• Provide impeccable service to clients, ensuring adherence to Dolce & Gabbana standards.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and mentor the sales team.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Utilize clientele tools to achieve individual and store goals, enhancing business development.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance.

• 4+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Women's and Men's RTW.
