- Partner with the Team Manager for real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business goals.
- Ensure consistent onboarding and training for Client Advisors in collaboration with store management.
- Act as a role model by providing exceptional client service and exceeding shopping needs.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals with high-level customer service and sales quality.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage.
- Support daily store operations and uphold Gucci visual standards.
- Be the first point of contact for difficult client issues.
Requirements- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the Fashion Industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
