Senior Client Advisor - Cabazon Outlet

Summary

Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences as part of the boutique Front-of-House Sales Team. Drive individual and store performance through proactive clienteling, CRM enrichment, and execution of the sales ceremony. Support store operations and mentor colleagues to uphold brand standards and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized luxury service and execute the sales ceremony to exceed client expectations.
• Build and maintain a client portfolio through proactive outreach and CRM updates.
• Drive KPIs including appointments, conversion, UPT, repurchase rate, and consignment.
• Mentor and coach team members and share product knowledge.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, support inventory processes, maintain visual merchandising, and act as MOD when required.

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for fashion; experience in womens and mens ready-to-wear is a plus.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous luxury retail or sales experience preferred.
