Senior Client Advisor responsible for achieving boutique sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences for high net worth and international clientele. Role includes cultivating a loyal client network, representing the brand story and standards, and supporting boutique operations and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual boutique sales targets in line with brand strategy
- Cultivate and develop a network and loyal clientele
- Provide excellent customer service and after sales experience
- Deliver bespoke experiences for ultra high net worth clients
- Generate new business through events, social functions and outreach
- Manage CRM activities, communications and reporting
- Maintain boutique presentation and secure merchandise
- Participate in meetings, inventory cycles and daily operations
- Assist colleagues with customer service tasks and back of house activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Relevant retail sales experience with luxury or high watchmaking clientele
- Comfortable engaging with ultra high net worth international clients
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced boutique environment
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and team oriented mindset
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or Spanish a plus
- Travel availability up to 40 percent
