As a Senior Client Advisor at Costa Mesa South Costa Plaza, you will play a crucial role in achieving both individual and team sales targets while acting as a Manager on Duty when required. You will guide and coach the sales team, ensuring that store operations align with brand standards and providing exceptional customer service.

• Engage with clients to embody Dolce & Gabbana Sales and Service standards consistently.
• Drive individual and store sales objectives, including KPIs such as Consignment, Appointments, and Repurchase Rate.
• Enhance team performance by sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues.
• Capture and utilize client information to build relationships and personalize future interactions.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador to attract new clients through community networking.
• Supervise the sales floor and manage opening and closing procedures.
• Support visual merchandise presentation standards and inventory execution.
• Collaborate with store teams to maintain a professional work environment.

• 3-5 years of experience in sales roles within Luxury Retail Companies.
• Proven client service skills and a commercial mindset.
• Experience in training and coaching individuals.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
