Summary
The Senior Client Advisor will oversee the client advisor team in partnership with store leadership, drive sales and key performance indicators, and deliver a sophisticated, personalized client experience while supporting team development and upholding brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the client advisor team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Train new client advisors and provide ongoing coaching and development
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration
- Provide outstanding client service and after-sale support to visitors and clients
- Develop and cultivate a robust client portfolio to grow business
- Drive performance to exceed sales and KPI goals with a business minded approach
- Create personalized, timeless looks and deliver fashion expertise to clients
- Use available tools and applications to optimize business opportunities
Requirements
- Previous experience in fashion and accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate a team
- Personal taste and passion for fashion with ability to create personalized looks
- Business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with strong team centric attitude
- Comfortable using tools and applications and quick to learn new technologies
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and problem solving attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and local language
