Senior Client Advisor

As a Senior Client Advisor at our San Diego Boutique, you will play a crucial role in achieving individual and team sales results while acting as a Manager on Duty when needed. You will coach and guide the sales team, ensuring the store operations meet brand standards and providing exceptional customer service.

• Engage with clients to embody Dolce & Gabbana Sales and Service standards consistently.
• Drive individual and store sales objectives, including KPIs such as Consignment, Appointments, Repurchase Rate, UPT, conversion, and data collection.
• Enhance team performance by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and capturing quality client information.
• Build long-lasting client relationships using the company’s clienteling program.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador to attract new clients through community networking.
• Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients.
• Supervise the sales floor and manage opening and closing procedures.
• Support visual merchandise presentation standards and inventory preparation.
• Maintain a professional and productive work environment.

• 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail sales roles.
• Excellent client service skills and a commercial mindset.
• Experience in training and coaching individuals.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to analyze business needs and trends.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
