Senior Client Advisor

As a Senior Client Advisor in San Francisco, you will be a key player in driving sales and building long-term client relationships for a luxury brand. You will guide clients through the brand's values and heritage, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving both individual and team sales objectives.

• Engage with clients to embody Dolce & Gabbana Sales and Service standards consistently.
• Drive and exceed individual and store sales objectives, including KPIs such as Consignment, Appointments, and Repurchase Rate.
• Guide and coach the sales team, sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues.
• Capture quality client information to personalize future client development opportunities.
• Build and develop long-lasting client relationships using the company’s clienteling program.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador to attract new clients through community networking.
• Supervise the sales floor and act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures and inventory management.

• 3-5 years of experience in sales roles within Luxury Retail Companies.
• Proven excellent client service skills and commercial mindset.
• Experience in training and coaching people.
• Ability to drive results through others.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate and analyze business needs with senior leadership.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
