Senior Client Advisor - Houston Galleria

As a Senior Client Advisor at our Houston Galleria Boutique, you will play a crucial role in achieving both individual and team sales results. You will act as a Manager on Duty when required, guiding and coaching the sales team to ensure the highest standards of store operations and customer service are met.

• Engage with clients to embody Dolce & Gabbana Sales and Service standards consistently.
• Drive and exceed individual and store sales objectives, including KPIs such as Consignment, Appointments, and Repurchase Rate.
• Enhance team performance by sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues.
• Capture and utilize client information to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador to attract new clients through community networking.
• Supervise the sales floor and manage opening and closing procedures.
• Support visual merchandise presentation standards and inventory preparation.
• Collaborate with store teams to maintain a professional work environment.

• 3-5 years of experience in sales roles within luxury retail companies.
• Proven client service skills and a commercial mindset.
• Experience in training and coaching individuals.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate business needs and trends with senior leadership.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
