Senior Client Advisor - Houston Galleria

As a Senior Client Advisor at Gucci Houston Galleria, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, training Client Advisors, and managing daily store operations. You will act as a brand ambassador, promoting Gucci values and building strong relationships with clients.

• Supervise and guide Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
• Partner with the Team Manager for real-time coaching and feedback.
• Assist in team development and ensure a consistent onboarding experience.
• Act as a role model by providing exceptional client service and exceeding shopping needs.
• Drive individual KPI goals and ensure high-quality sales.
• Perform floor leadership duties and support daily store operations.
• Uphold visual display standards and handle difficult client issues.

• 3+ years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver results.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for the fashion industry.
