Summary
The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for achieving sales and client development objectives, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining visual and operational standards, and overseeing store operations and staff in the absence of management.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communication
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold store standards
- Maintain selling floor, merchandise visuals, and store presentation
- Grow existing clientele and prospect new clients through networking and outreach
- Support operational tasks and store projects
- Open and close the store and perform opening and closing procedures
- Participate in special events such as sample sales and inventory
- Oversee store and staff when the most senior presence on site
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Prior retail or boutique experience with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales
- Ideally an established clientele following
- Availability for open scheduling including 7 days a week operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Outgoing, professional demeanor and ability to represent the brand lifestyle
- Strong independent work ethic, time management skills, and integrity
- Ability to handle customer interactions and issues courteously and professionally
