Summary
Senior Client Advisor responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining client relationships, upholding visual merchandising and operational standards, and acting as the senior store presence in the absence of management.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Establish and manage relationships and communications with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain the client experience
- Maintain selling floor, merchandise presentation, visuals, and store standards
- Grow existing clientele and prospect new clients through networking and outreach
- Support operational tasks and store projects including opening and closing procedures
- Participate in special events and inventory activities as needed
- Oversee store and staff responsibilities when the most senior presence
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Prior retail or boutique experience with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales
- Ideally a cultivated and established clientele following
- Availability to work varied schedules including seven day a week operations
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing, professional demeanor and alignment with brand lifestyle
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and integrity
