Summary
Full time Senior Client Advisor responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining client relationships, and upholding customer service and visual merchandising standards. Serves as senior presence in store in absence of management and supports operational tasks and store projects.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage communications
- Provide exemplary customer service and uphold client experience standards
- Maintain selling floor, merchandise presentation, visuals and store standards
- Grow existing clientele and prospect new clients through networking and outreach
- Support operational tasks including opening and closing procedures
- Participate in special events and inventory or store projects as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Prior retail or boutique experience with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales
- Ideally has an established clientele following
- Availability for open scheduling including weekends in a seven-day operation
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing, professional demeanor and ability to represent the brand
- Strong work ethic, time management skills, and composure handling customer interactions
