Senior Client Advisor

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for driving client development and sales while maintaining high standards of customer service, visual merchandising, and store operations. This role leads by example and oversees store and staff in the absence of Store Management. The position requires availability for open scheduling and participation in special events and projects.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communication
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the client experience and store standards
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise visuals, and overall store presentation
• Support operational tasks including opening and closing procedures
• Grow existing clientele and prospect new clients through networking and outreach
• Participate in special events such as sample sales and physical inventory
• Oversee store and staff when serving as the most senior presence

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Prior retail or boutique experience selling high-end goods
• Established or cultivated clientele following preferred
• Availability for open scheduling in a 7-day retail environment
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Professional, outgoing, and energetic representation of the brand
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and high integrity
