Summary
The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for achieving sales targets and developing client relationships while maintaining customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards. This role leads by example and oversees store operations and staff in the absence of Store Management.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Establish and manage relationships with clients and maintain communication
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure an elevated client experience
- Maintain the selling floor, merchandise visuals, and store standards
- Grow existing clientele and reach new prospects through networking and outreach
- Support operational tasks, projects, and participate in special events such as sample sales and inventory
- Open and close the store and perform all opening and closing procedures
- Oversee store staff and operations when serving as the most senior presence
- Adhere to all store and company procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Prior retail experience in a boutique or high end goods environment
- Proven clientele development and clientele following preferred
- Availability to work variable schedule including weekends in a seven day a week operation
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Outgoing, energetic, professional demeanor consistent with brand lifestyle
- Strong independent work ethic, time management, and integrity
- Ability to handle customer interactions and concerns courteously and professionally
