Senior Client Advisor

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor drives sales and client development while setting an example in customer service, visual merchandising, and store operations. The role may oversee store and staff in the absence of management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Develop client relationships, maintain existing clientele, and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain store, selling floor, and visual merchandising standards.
• Support store operations, open and close the store, and follow required procedures.
• Participate in special events and projects as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Retail or boutique experience selling high-end goods and providing client-focused service.
• An established clientele following is preferred.
• Open scheduling availability based on business needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, independent work ethic, time management, integrity, and composure.
