Senior Client Advisor

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for driving sales and client development while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining visual and operational standards. They set the example on the sales floor and, when the senior presence in-store, oversee store operations and staff. This is a part-time retail position based in Scottsdale, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communications.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise presentation, visuals, and store standards.
• Open and close the store and perform all opening and closing procedures.
• Support operational tasks, special events, sample sales, and inventory activities.
• Oversee staff and store operations in the absence of Store Management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior retail/boutique experience with high-end goods and client-focused sales.
• Ideally has an established clientele following and local market knowledge.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and a 7-day operation.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, time management, and professional composure.
