Senior Client Advisor

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor drives sales and client development while setting an example for exceptional service, visual merchandising, and store operations. The role also oversees store and staff in the absence of Store Management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Build and maintain client relationships through communication, networking, and outreach.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain visual merchandising and store standards.
• Support store operations, open and close the store, and follow company procedures.
• Participate in special events and projects as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior retail or boutique experience selling high-end goods and providing client-focused service.
• An established clientele following is preferred.
• Availability for open scheduling based on business needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, integrity, time management, and composure.
