Senior Client Advisor

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor drives sales and client development while setting an example for exceptional customer service and store standards. The role also oversees store operations and staff when store management is absent.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Build client relationships, grow existing clientele, and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
• Maintain customer service, visual merchandising, selling-floor, and operational standards.
• Open and close the store, complete required procedures, and support operational tasks and special projects.
• Oversee store and staff in the absence of store management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior boutique or retail experience selling high-end goods and serving clientele.
• Established clientele following preferred.
• Open scheduling availability based on business needs.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, with professionalism, integrity, and independent work ethic.
