- Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and product knowledge.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach.
- Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of CRM for client retention and acquisition.
- Create personalized silhouettes for clients and act as MOD when required.
- Execute opening/closing procedures and hold store keys as needed.
- Provide insights into fashion trends and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Support inventory processes and foster a collaborative store environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements- 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Women's and Men's RTW.
- Results-driven with leadership capabilities.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
