Senior Client Advisor - Las Vegas Crystals

As a Senior Client Advisor at Las Vegas Crystals, you will be a key player in a luxury retail environment, building strong client relationships and driving sales. You will act as a mentor to the sales team, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and store operations.

• Engage with clients to embody Dolce & Gabbana Sales and Service standards consistently.
• Drive individual and store sales objectives, including KPIs such as Consignment, Appointments, and Repurchase Rate.
• Guide and coach the sales team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Capture quality client information to personalize future client development opportunities.
• Build long-lasting client relationships using the company’s clienteling program.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador through networking within the community.
• Supervise the sales floor and act as MOD when required.
• Support and maintain company visual merchandise presentation standards.
• Assist in inventory preparation and execution.

• 3-5 years of experience in sales roles within Luxury Retail Companies.
• Proven excellent client service skills and commercial mindset.
• Experience in training and coaching people.
• Ability to drive results through others.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate and analyze business needs with senior leadership.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
