• Deliver personalized client and after-sale service, cultivate a client portfolio, and build lasting relationships.
• Support onboarding and development of team members by sharing product expertise and best practices.
• Collaborate with store teams and support front- and back-of-house operations.
• Follow company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Experience delivering high-quality, client-focused service, ideally in fashion, accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
• Strong sales results, fashion knowledge, and the ability to create personalized looks.
• Business mindset, teamwork, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and prioritizing.
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
• Comfort using digital tools and ability to learn new technologies.
