Responsibilities- Engage with clients to embody Dolce & Gabbana Sales and Service standards consistently.
- Drive and exceed individual and store sales objectives, including KPIs such as Consignment, Appointments, Repurchase Rate, UPT, conversion, and data collection/enrichment.
- Enhance team performance by guiding, coaching, and mentoring colleagues.
- Capture quality client information to build relationships and personalize future client development opportunities.
- Build and develop long-lasting client relationships using the company’s clienteling program and initiatives.
- Drive business through active client outreach and appointment selling.
- Attract new clients by acting as a Brand Ambassador through community networking.
- Interact professionally with all levels of Management and Corporate representatives.
- Discuss general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market with clients.
- Supervise the sales floor and act as MOD when required.
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures and holding store keys as required.
- Support and maintain company visual merchandise presentation standards.
- Support in inventory preparation and execution.
- Work with all store teams to maintain a professional and productive work environment.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements- 3-5 years of experience in sales roles within Luxury Retail Companies.
- Proven excellent client service skills and commercial mindset.
- Experience in training and coaching people in professional and non-professional contexts.
- Ability to drive results through others.
- Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to communicate and analyze business needs/trends with senior leadership.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
