- Capture quality client information to build relationships and personalize future client development opportunities.

- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, enhancing brand knowledge.
- Supervise the sales floor and perform opening and closing procedures as required.

Requirements- 3-5 years of experience in sales roles within Luxury Retail Companies.
- Proven excellent client service skills and commercial mindset.
- Experience in training and coaching people in various contexts.
- Ability to drive results through others.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate and analyze business needs/trends with senior leadership.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
- Adaptability to different customers and flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
