Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Client Advisor at Valentino Madison Ave, you will act as the ultimate ambassador of the brand, fostering deep connections with high-spending clients and ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage of the Valentino Client Experience. You will embody the Maison's values and set a benchmark for client engagement and relationship management.

Responsibilities
  • Build, nurture, and manage relationships with high-value clients, delivering exceptional, tailored experiences.
  • Analyze client behavior and preferences to provide strategic insights to regional teams.
  • Drive personal sales and contribute to store performance by exceeding individual sales targets.
  • Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Valentino creations and communicate their stories effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and streamline store activities using company tools.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to execute in-store events and client activations.
  • Serve as a role model, inspiring colleagues to elevate their clienteling capabilities.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury sales with a strong client book.
  • Ability to build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients.
  • Proficiency in analyzing client trends and providing strategic insights.
  • Expert knowledge of Valentino creations and storytelling techniques.
  • Operational excellence and proficiency in using company tools to enhance client experience.
