Senior Client Advisor - Malibu

As a Senior Client Advisor at James Perse Malibu, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships. You will exemplify customer service excellence and uphold visual merchandising and operational standards. In the absence of Store Management, you will oversee all store operations and staff.

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication.
• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, visuals, and store standards.
• Expand client base through networking and outreach.
• Support operational tasks and projects.
• Open and close the store, conducting all procedures.
• Utilize local market knowledge of clientele base and brand competitors.
• Participate in special events and projects as needed.
• Adhere to all store and company procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail/boutique store with high-end goods.
• Established clientele following is ideal.
• Experience in a retail environment with flexible scheduling availability.
• Outgoing, energetic, and professional demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent work ethic and excellent time management skills.
