The Senior Client Advisor is a luxury retail sales role responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, promoting brand loyalty and supporting store management. This role requires deep product and brand knowledge, strong sales skills and a client centric mindset to drive individual and store performance.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients providing personalized service and product knowledge
- Proactively pursue cross selling opportunities across product categories
- Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store KPIs
- Support day to day store operations including opening closing and stock activities
- Maintain shopfloor standards and visual merchandising according to house guidelines
- Mentor and support team members and promote a positive working environment
- Participate in clienteling initiatives and loyalty building activities
- Follow company grooming and operational procedures including cash and inventory tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication and selling skills
- Passion for luxury fashion trends and product knowledge
- Ability to use digital retail tools and CRM systems
- Team player with an entrepreneurial and client centric approach
- Able to be mobile for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting
