Summary
The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for driving client development and sales while upholding customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards. This role acts as the most senior in-store presence in the absence of Store Management and supports store operations, events, and client outreach.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communications.
- Model exceptional customer service and maintain the client experience.
- Maintain selling floor presentation, merchandise visuals, and store standards.
- Grow existing clientele and prospect new clients through networking and outreach.
- Support operational tasks including opening and closing procedures.
- Participate in special events and projects such as sample sales and inventory.
- Oversee store and staff responsibilities when most senior presence is required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Prior retail or boutique experience with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.
- Established clientele following preferred.
- Availability for open scheduling in a seven-days-a-week retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Outgoing, energetic, professional demeanor aligned with brand lifestyle.
- Strong work ethic, time management, integrity, and composure handling customer interactions.
