Senior Client Advisor - Montecito

As a Senior Client Advisor at James Perse in Montecito, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and developing client relationships. You will set the standard for customer service and oversee store operations in the absence of management.

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Establish and manage client relationships consistent with James Perse standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, visuals, and store standards.
• Support operational tasks and projects, including opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in special events and projects as needed.
• Adhere to all store and company procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail/boutique store with high-end goods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Outgoing, energetic, and professional demeanor.
