As a Senior Client Advisor at our Houston River Oaks Boutique, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and acting as a true ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand. You will leverage your established client portfolio and luxury retail experience to exceed client expectations and achieve sales targets.

• Provide impeccable service to clients, ensuring alignment with Dolce & Gabbana standards.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team on the sales floor.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model in achieving sales targets.
• Utilize clientele tools to achieve individual and store goals, enhancing business development.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance.

• 4+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in women's and men's ready-to-wear (RTW).
