Summary

The Senior Client Advisor will lead the client advisor team in the Palm Beach boutique, contributing to store sales and key performance indicators while delivering an elevated and lasting client experience. They partner with store leadership to train and develop staff, cultivate client relationships, and drive business growth with an entrepreneurial mindset. The role emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and a strong passion for fashion and personalized styling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the client advisor team to meet individual and team sales targets and KPIs
• Train new client advisors and provide ongoing coaching and development
• Create and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity
• Deliver exceptional client and after-sale service, building and nurturing a proactive client portfolio
• Use available tools to identify and convert business opportunities and support front and back-of-house teams
• Uphold company policies, brand image, and operational standards

Requirements

• Professional experience in fashion & accessory retail, luxury hospitality, or customer service
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Business-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for fashion and styling
• Comfortable using digital tools and quick to learn new technologies
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language; ability to multitask and prioritize
