As a Senior Client Advisor at Saint Laurent Scottsdale, you will oversee the client advisor team, contributing actively to store sales and key indicators achievement. You will provide a unique and memorable experience to all clients while upholding the Maison values and standards.

• Manage the client advisor team and lead by example by achieving individual sales targets.
• Train new client advisors and provide ongoing training for existing team members.

• Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients.
• Cultivate a robust client portfolio to secure a proactive and growing business.

• Support the front and back-of-house teams and uphold company policies.

• Preferred experience in high-quality service in fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
