Senior Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury client experiences and supporting boutique leadership at the San Francisco Premium Outlet. The role coaches the sales team, ensures operational excellence, maintains brand standards, and acts as a role model while driving sales KPIs and client development.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable personalized service and act as a brand ambassador
• Coach and mentor sales team members and share best practices
• Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments, conversion, repurchase rate, and data enrichment
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and CRM updates
• Act as manager on duty when required and oversee floor operations
• Execute opening and closing procedures and manage store keys as needed
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes
• Provide insights on fashion trends and luxury market developments

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
• Experience in women's and men's ready to wear
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Results driven with demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced retail environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to manage client appointments and maintain CRM records
