Senior Client Advisor - Seattle Nordstrom

As a Senior Client Advisor at Gucci Seattle Nordstrom, you will play a key role in driving sales, training Client Advisors, and managing daily store operations. You will act as a brand ambassador, promoting Gucci values and building strong relationships with clients.

• Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high performance and customer-centric sales.
• Support Team Manager with real-time coaching and feedback to meet business goals.
• Facilitate training and onboarding for Client Advisors in collaboration with store management.
• Provide exceptional client service and act as a role model for brand representation.
• Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and handling difficult client issues.
• Contribute to maintaining visual display standards and support daily store operations.

• 3+ years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Passion for the fashion industry and flexibility to work retail schedule.
