Senior Client Advisor - Somerset Collection

As a Senior Client Advisor at Gucci Somerset Collection, you will play a vital role in driving sales, training Client Advisors, and managing daily store operations. You will embody the Gucci brand as an ambassador, fostering relationships with clients and promoting Gucci values in the marketplace.

• Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high performance through customer-centric sales leadership.
• Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business goals.
• Facilitate training and development for Client Advisors, ensuring brand initiatives are understood.
• Deliver exceptional client service, acting as a role model and brand ambassador.
• Manage store operations, including opening/closing duties and visual merchandising.
• Address client issues and support daily operations in the absence of management.

• 4+ years of sales experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver results.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Passion for the fashion industry and flexibility to work retail hours.
