Summary

The Senior Client Advisor delivers elevated client experiences and strong sales results while representing Moncler’s brand, heritage, and products. This role builds lasting client relationships, develops a strong client portfolio, and supports team performance through product expertise and peer guidance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service, styling advice, and proactive client outreach to build retention and repeat business.
• Achieve individual sales goals and KPIs while contributing to overall store performance.
• Share product knowledge, selling techniques, and clienteling best practices with colleagues.
• Support store operations, inventory activities, client transaction follow-up, and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain professional presentation and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or client-focused retail.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and develop client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clienteling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems.
