Senior Client Advisor responsible for delivering a sophisticated luxury client experience and supporting boutique leadership at South Coast Plaza. The role coaches the sales team, maintains brand and visual standards, oversees store operations when acting as manager on duty, and drives key sales KPIs through personalized clienteling and appointment selling.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable, tailored service to clients and represent the brand
• Coach and mentor sales team members and share best practices
• Drive store and individual KPIs including appointments, conversion, UPT, and repurchase rate
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and CRM management
• Act as manager on duty when required and oversee opening and closing procedures
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes
• Execute appointment selling, consignment processes, and qualitative data enrichment
• Provide insights on fashion trends and support a collaborative store environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience
• Experience with women's and men's ready to wear
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven leadership or coaching capabilities
• Results driven with ability to meet KPIs
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
